Track your stock.
Use FarmOn to track and manage stock of each product as new stock is added, sold, or returned. A consolidated stock table provides a history of stock movements for each product. FarmOn will also notify you when stock levels are low.
Smart bundled delivery system.
Save costs by bundling deliveries based on the time that you received the orders as well as their desired delivery locations or collection points. Set up your predefined delivery schedules to include order cut-off times and collection point locations, each with a corresponding drop-off time slot. FarmOn will detect your store visitors’ location and advise on next available delivery to their area.
Process orders and get paid
Process payments and fulfill shipments from FarmOn's admin panel. FarmOn will notify your customers as the order status changes. Create a free account with Payfast and link it to your FarmOn account. FarmOn will automatically mark these orders as paid once the credit card transaction has been validated by Payfast.
Sell by Weight - we'll handle the unders and overs before delivery.
If needed, FarmOn allows you to choose to sell products by weight. Once the order is placed and the client makes payment, FarmOn allows you to go back and edit the weight based on the final packaged food. The client is then notified of the amount variation and is automatically refunded or provided with a link for additional payment - before goods are delivered!
